This notice describes how the personal data of users who browse this website and submit a request to Network Luxury is processed, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").
1. Data controller
The data controller is Fabrizio Ciaddu, responsible for the Network Luxury project. For any request concerning your personal data, you may write to info@network-luxury.com.
2. Data processed
We process the data you voluntarily provide by completing the contact form or writing to us via WhatsApp and email: first and last name, contact details (telephone, email) and the information contained in your request (dates, services of interest, preferences and any other detail you choose to share with us).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to information requests submitted voluntarily and, only when requested by the user, to consider future contact or proposals. During pre-launch, no purchases or bookings are processed through the website. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract and the legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry.
4. Processing methods and retention
The data is processed by electronic means, in compliance with appropriate security measures, and retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and fulfil legal obligations.
5. Disclosure of data
Data is not shared with partners merely because a user browses the website. Where a specific request requires the involvement of a selected provider, only the information strictly necessary will be shared after informing the user. Data is neither published nor transferred for third-party marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability) by writing to info@network-luxury.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
